No, but I'd really like to meditate and reach a state of complete relaxation.

with the yoga I know a few good exercises.
Basic stretches help me relax, just isolate yourself and breathe slowly.
Sometimes just laying on the floor of your room, closed eyes, and every time you exhale count. After you reach 20+ stop counting but keep breathing (In through nose, out through mouth).
You'll end up being really chilled after that.
